 The question is many but fitness mantra one to stay fit ..


 Fitness mantra is a habit of doing any workout/activities or play sports games.


 Fitness mantra is what free us from the bondage, just to do the workouts that we like…


 The only mantra to stay fit is to make a habit every day for at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes, to do any workout or sport whatever you like ...


 Let us welcome the year 2021 with a promise that every day we will make some time to play some sports, cycling, walking, running, yoga or exercising ...


 In FEBRUARY, accept this free challenge and get an e-certificate according to your Work out.


 We have divided this challenge into a few different stages .... which one would you like to win ???

 Basic - 10 to 30 minutes per day(210 to 630 min month)

 Comfort - 31 to 45 minutes per day(651 to 945 min month)

 Advanced - 46 to 60 minutes per day(966 to 1260 min month)

 Professional - 61 to 120 minutes per day(1281+ min month)


 >It is necessary to do one activity min 5 days in the week.

>You need to submit everyday data on https://forms.gle/d2GEec1iUrbgubkL6

>Submit data in minutes formats.

>Max 120 minutes  workout will be allowed in data submission link.

> You can do different activities on all other days

> You can use any app to record activities for your records. No need to submit any screenshot because we trust you.

> Activities must be submitted on the given Google link

> Always keep in mind that this challenge is from yourself and not from anyone else.

 >This challenge is almost free(Rs 20/- fees), in which this certificate will be uploaded on the face book group of Surat cyclist.

> Medal is optional

>Certificate, medal(optional) will be given after 20 days of Challenge finished.



TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Please choose the event category carefully. 

Confirmed registrations are non-transferable and cannot be modified. Provide us with a phone number and email ID/mobile no that you can access regularly since this will be our primary means of communication during the run or ride up to the event.

The minimum age for participation is 18 years, . If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor than please send us a consent for the same — “I confirm that I am the parent / guardian of the child and that he / she has my permission to take part in the event.

I further concur that all rules shall apply to him / her as if he were a major.”


You are aware that long distance running or cycling is an extreme sport and can be injurious to body and health. You take full responsibility for participating in FITNESS MANTRA event and do not hold the organizing committee or any of its members or entities responsible for any injury or accident.


You shall consult your physician and undergo complete medical examination to access your suitability to participate in the event.

You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event Including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather Including high heat or humidity, traffic and the condition of the road.

You agree that FITNESS MANTRA Event shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or injury that might occur as result of your participation in the event.

You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety. 

You may acknowledge and agree that your personal information can be stored and used by SURAT CYCLIST for upcoming Events

You confirm that the event in any adverse weather condition, major incidents or threat on the day, any major restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise

orders are non-refundable, non-transferablle and cannot be modified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons.
