In This masterclass, you will learn 2 variants of Christmas Plum Cake (Eggless & Non-Alcoholic and Egg-based & Alcoholic) and Eggless Gingerbread Cookies from Pastry Chef Stanley, Academy of Pastry Arts, Bangalore. The masterclasses will be held on Zoom on 19th Dec at 11 am IST.

Chef Stanley has pursued his Diploma in Hotel Management and holds his MBA. He has around 19 years of experience with the Taj Group of hotels. He likes to experiment with innovative new desserts and is very keen on Research and Development. Currently, he is a faculty at the Academy of Pastry Arts, Bangalore, India.
