This is an interactive workshop with Dr Megha an Associate Professor, Centre For Ayurveda Biology and Holistic Nutrition at TDU. She has completed her Phd in Biochemistry and Structural Biology from Stony Brook University, New York. Dr Megha's areas of expertise include public health communications, early life malnutrition, Ayurveda dietetics, nutrition science. She is passionate about educating people and equipping them with the right mindset and skills to make better decisions about food.
