Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

Payments must be made by credit card at the time of booking or by bank transfer on receipt of invoice raised against a valid purchase order number. These payments must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice or by 1st September 2017, whichever is sooner. The BCI reserves the right to charge interest on any late payments. Non-payments will not be taken as cancellation of the booking and the BCI will require payment whether the registrant attends the event or not.

3. Cancellation

Until 7th August, cancellations can be made in writing and will incur a 20% administration charge. Refunds will not be available for cancellations made on or after 8th August 2017 but bookings can be transferred to another name.

4. Awards Dinner Ticket Cancellation

No refunds will be given for cancellations, but tickets may be transferred to another guest at no cost. To ensure the accuracy of the guest list, please email events@thebci.org to make any alterations

Data Protection

When you register for this event, your contact information will be used to make all necessary arrangements with you regarding your attendance at or participation in the event. This includes but is not limited to sending you event-specific information, providing tickets or passes, arranging payment of fees or organizing special/ dietary requirements where appropriate, ensuring the accessibility of the venue, and sending you post-event materials.

In addition your name and company/organization and job title may be included in the event delegate and/or dinner list, unless you inform us in writing before the event that you do not wish this to happen. You can do this by emailing events@thebci.org

Your contact information may be used in future mailings by The BCI in respect of their future events or BCI promotion/information emails  unless you inform us in writing before the event that you do not wish this to happen. You can do this by emailing events@thebci.org

Please note that we reserve the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate our systems properly and to protect both ourselves and our users.

We take every reasonable measure to ensure that the information we hold is accurate. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you and you may choose to have the data corrected or updated as appropriate. No charge is made for providing this information to you. Proof of identity will be required.
