• 21K HM: 3 hours 15 minutes
• 10K: 2 hours 
• 5K: 1 hour

• Participants should consult a healthcare professional if they have medical concerns
• Organizers are not liable for injuries; first aid will be provided on-site

Photography & Media:

• Event photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes

• Respectful behavior is expected from all participants
• Inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund
