Learn the art of testing in an agile environment using various techniques and tricks aided by theoretical as well as practical sessions and hands-on project to get a real-world feel of challenges of testing in an agile project.

Agenda is learning practical Agile Testing 

• Introduction to Agile , Agile Manifesto , Scrum lifecycle, Scrum Ceremonies and Roles
• The Testing lifecycle in agile lifecycle
• User stories, INVEST principle along with practical exercise
• Tester mindset in agile team
• Exploratory Testing

Practical End-to-end testing of live application in live sprint-like time frames---
o Understanding requirements in form of User Stories
o Test designing, Test execution , Defect reporting 
o Regression and Retesting for repeated iterations
         

The workshop centres on practical based learning, focusing specifically on bringing agile mind set and pace to testers working in agile projects, with deep understanding of the processes and needs with hands-on testing. The tools used during the workshop are easily replaced by your own favourite tool as long as you follow the principles.
Agenda will include a practical testing on a live application using agile principles of exploratory tests, learning lean test documentation and finding the best defects in tight time scales.
