About the Pragmatic Workshop:

In an Organisation, there are 3 most commonly known Agile Change Agents - SCRUMMASTER, AGILE COACH and AGILE CONSULTANT. While first two are INTERNAL Change Agents, last one is an EXTERNAL Change Agent. All three are summoned for bringing Agility in Org.

This 3-days workshop focuses on helping attendees learn how to be the right Consultant - INTERNAL as an Agile Coach to your Organisation; or EXTERNAL as an Agile Consultant to your Client. Here you will learn how to create a transformation plan, at various levels in an Organisation (Business, Org, Department, Team and Individual); how to make that transformation scalable and sustainable; how to enrol Leadership, Management and team, what mindset you need to perform all this; and then with all the gained knowledge how you should update your profile such that recruiters find you. When you are ready with all that, we will help you connect with the opportunities that has come our way. This workshop offers real life, ready-to-use and pragmatic knowledge and prepares ready-to-work Agile Consultants, which can serve as Internal as well as External Change Agents.

  1. Selecting and setting right mindset for self, for being a right Consultant (Internal or External).

  3. Methods of Assessment for ‘State-of-Agility’ and ‘Agile-Maturity’.

  5. ‘Transformation-Strategy-Formulation’.

  6. Transformation Execution Plans at different Levels (Business, Org, Department, Team, Individual).

  7. Agile Governance.

  8. Agile CoE & CoP.

 

  # Day-2:

  1. Introduction to different Agile enabling and scaling Frameworks; and creating an Agnostics framework that meets your need.

  2. Assessment of your mindset, and helping you create steps to achieve a right one.

  3. Roles and Responsibilities of an Agile Consultant, Coach and ScrumMaster. Their similarities and differences.

  4. Coaching to be a Coach.

  5. Leadership, Management, Team and Individual enrolment mindset, conversations, tools and workshops.

  6. Different tools and matrices for gathering information, performing assessments, non-violent display of Information, for Self-realisation by any party, goal Setting, expectation setting, Roadmap creation, Boards etc.

 

  # Day-3:

  1. Agile Consulting Budgeting & Contracting.

  2. Rewriting your profile on Resume and LinkedIn, that shows your newly acquired knowledge and work that you have done so far, such that it helps recruiter find you.

  3. Mock interviews, written exams and discussions.

  4. Sharing your profile with the Companies who have worked and reached out to AgileVirgin for Coaches and Consultants, so that you get connected with right opportunity.

  2. Had been a ScrumMaster for at least 2 years
