Dr Siraj is the Founder Director of, Institute of HRD. He is a Rank Holder in Engineering from Mysore University. He holds an M.B.A in Human Resources Management. He has designed and successfully conducted a wide range of training programmes for MNC’s Private and Public sector enterprises. He was the Vice President-South of Indian Society for Training & Development, during 2001-2002. Dr Siraj has personally conducted a training programme for many organizations which include ITC Infotech, Siemens, Larsen & Toubro Ltd., ABB Ltd., Ranbaxy Laboratories, and many more. He is a member of Toastmaster International, U.S.A, since 1992.
