Wednesday & Saturday - Myofascial Rolling & Animal Flow Rolling Sample Animal Flow
This is a moderate intensity class with added skill set for Animal Flow Moves.
Rolling before these moves is ideal to open up tight spots in legs, spine & shoulders and feel free to move in different directions and postures.
Animal Flow is a great from of movement regimen that challenges and trains our chair bound bodies to move differently while strengthening our muscles and mobilising our joints. Mind and body connect and overall proprioception of your body is challenged with multidirectional movements gelled together one after another in form of a flow. Starting small we build up to a bigger flow by end of the month. So be ready to be a Beast!
Equipments : Mat & Myofascial Roller / PVC pipe 10-12 inch long 3-4inch diameter / tennis ball / any massage ball.
I like variations and challenges that's why designed this class to make
everyone move more and move well in this situation when we are locked down in our
own houses due to COVID-19.
