Tuesday & Friday - Mobility & Core Sample Video
This is a Low to Moderate level class focusing on body alignment and corrective exercises for better posture. Our focus will be at mobilising tight joints & strengthening of specific muscle groups responsible for optimal day to day human movement. This is a great class for beginners, injury prevention, active recovery, older adults, people working from home during lockdown & rehab (via improved posture and biomechanics).
Equipments : Mat / Theraband or any sort of elastic resistance ( not mandatory)
I like variations and challenges that's why designed this class to make
everyone move more and move well in this situation when we are locked down in our
own houses due to COVID-19.
