OVERVIEW
Embark on a transformative spiritual retreat through the serene heart of the Kumaon Himalayas. From ancient temples to high-vibration energy fields, and from lakeside reflections to forest meditations, this curated yatra blends yogic practices, sacred travel, and Ayurvedic wisdom — offering inner alignment in the lap of nature.
Each day begins with guided morning yoga and breathwork and concludes with evening Ayurvedic sessions** — focused on restoration, herbal healing, and self-care rituals.

DAY 1 – 11th MAY
Destination: Nainital
Highlights: Arrival • Naini Lake • Brahma Temple • Opening Circle
- Morning Arrival in Nainital followed by check-in and welcome refreshments.
- Opening Circle & Orientation: Introduction to the journey’s intentions, yogic themes, and sacred geography of Kumaon.
- Visit to Naini Lake: A sacred Shakti Peeth and natural wonder, ideal for meditative walks and optional boat rides.
- Exploration of the First Ever Brahma Temple: A rare temple dedicated to Lord Brahma, where guided meditation will be conducted.
- Evening Ayurvedic Session: Introduction to Dinacharya (daily Ayurvedic routine) and play of 5 elements and 3 doshas.
- Overnight stay in Nainital.

DAY 2 – 12th MAY
Destinations: Kainchi Dham • Chota Kailash • Bhimtal
Highlights: Spiritual Pilgrimage • Forest Meditation • Temple Walk
- Morning HathaYoga & Pranayama with Himalayan sunrise views.
- Visit to Kainchi Dham: A deeply revered ashram of Neem Karoli Baba, frequented by saints and seekers from across the world.
- Excursion to Chota Kailash (near Bhimtal): A scenic drive followed by a gentle forest walk to this sacred hilltop temple — a powerful site for silence and Shiva meditation.
- Evening Ayurvedic Talk: Discussion on various rasayanas for stay healthy long life and seven tissues importance in ayurveda.
- Overnight: Stay in Bhimtal.

Destinations: Mukteshwar • Waterfalls • Almora • Kasar Devi
Highlights: Ancient Shiva Temple • Forest Waterfalls • Energy Belt
- Morning Yoga & Meditation at sunrise.
- Travel to Mukteshwar: Visit the revered **Mukteshwar Dham**, a temple with panoramic Himalayan vistas and profound stillness.
- Trek to Waterfalls: Gentle forest walk to hidden waterfalls — ideal for grounding and connection with the elements.
- Journey to Almora, the cultural and spiritual heart of Kumaon.
- Visit to Kasar Devi Temple: Meditate in this high-energy zone, located on the Earth’s Van Allen Belt, historically visited by mystics and yogis.
- Evening Ayurvedic Restorative Ritual: Individual diet plans according to their disease. Working on root cause and reflecting on various ayurveda approaches like panchkarma etc.
- Overnight Stay in Almora.

Destination: Ranikhet
Departure: Delhi
Highlights: Scenic Drive • Pine Forest Walks • Gratitude Ritual
- Morning Yoga & Yogic Philosophy Talk: Practice followed by teachings from classical yogic texts.
- Scenic Transfer to Ranikhet: A tranquil hill station known for its pine-covered trails and panoramic views of the Himalayan range.
- Leisure Walks & Local Exploration: Time for journaling, photography, or rest amidst nature.
- Closing Circle & Gratitude Ceremony: Integration session with group sharing, followed by final guided meditation.
- Evening Ayurvedic Wind-Down: Guidance on post-retreat self-care.
- Evening: Departure to Delhi

WHAT TO BRING:
- Comfortable yoga wear & layers for cool mountain air
- Journal, refillable water bottle, and meditation shawl
- Walking shoes, sunscreen, and a light rain jacket
- Dry snacks you can carry if u feel hungry during travel. (almonds,dates,plum, cashew etc.)
- Cameras, DSLR, etc. can be carried at your own risk.
- Extra footwear (optional) if u need to change.
- Personal Medication if necessary.
- Sweater / Rain Coat
- Carry Umbrella, caps, and glares if required
- Don't carry too much load.
- Come with a spirit of openness and presence.

Instructions:
1) Make sure you are fit enough to walk. Extra charges for personal vehicle use will be own by you only.
2) No participant should leave his/her group.
3) If anyone leaves their group and faces any kind of problems then only himself/herself will be responsible.
4) We will have some checkpoints. We will take rest only on those points. It is an important part of the trek to complete our journey in time.
5) Please report on time at mentioned pick up point. In the case of any late reporting, we may have a delay to start the journey.
6) Consumption of Alcohol and Smoking is strictly prohibited. If anyone is caught by our volunteers then we will take serious action on them.
7) There will be a long gap between breakfast and lunch so you can carry dry snacks or fruits with you like almonds,cashew,figs,date,banana etc.
10) Carry sufficient amounts of water with you as per daily need.
Cancellation Policy
We understand the disappointment of cancelling a trek but sorry we don't have any refund system for that because after your payment we immediately book your slot. Cancelling in between break the whole chain as it takes lot of effort to manage such things so make sure you are clear enough in your mind before booking.
