Event Information:-

Event Name - Indian Swachhta League 2.0 Run 2023

Date - 17th September 2023

Venue - Parade Ground, Dehradun

Distance - 10km (Timed Run), 5 KM (Fitness Run), 2 KM (Fun Run)

For Participants - T-shirt, Medal, E-Certificate, Refreshments, Hydration support, Energy drink, Timing chip for 10k runners

Cash Prizes - Total Cash Prize - 2 Lakhs

Age Categories in 10 KM

12 to 17 Years (Top 3 Males & 3 Females)

18 to 34 Years (Top 3 Males & 3 Females)

35 to 49 Years (Top 3 Males & 3 Females)

50 to 64 Years (Top 3 Males & 3 Females)

65+ Years (Top 3 Males & 3 Females)

Note:- Only the top 3 finishers will be announced on the same day.

5 KM & 2 KM - Both are fun runs, no cash prizes or age categories in fun run

BIB Expo:-

BIB Expo Date - 16th September 2023

Venue - Parade Ground Parking Area, Dehradun

Time:- 11:30 am to 6 pm

Points to remember:-

Registration is not transferable.

If we identify any duplicate registrations, we will cancel all of your registrations without prior notification.

Cash prize details will be shared on the registered email ID to winners after verification within 2 days.

Please carry valid ID proof for the collection of BIB

Only Participants can collect the BIB on BIB Expo day.

There is no on-the-spot registration.

Participants are not allowed to exchange their BIBs / Timing chips

The BIB number assigned to each participant is unique and must be used by that participant only. Any runner found to have interchanged their BIB with another individual will be disqualified from the Event.

The Bib should be pinned on the chest above the waist such that it can be clearly seen by the Race Officials – it should NOT be pinned to shorts or skirts below the waist

The BIB should be worn by the participant at all times during the race

All the updates related to the event will be shared on the registered email ID.

Facilities during the event:-

Baggage Counter at the venue.

Ambulance on the route and Venue.

Physio and medical team at the Venue and on Route

Hydration point at every 1 km.

Timing System at Start/Finish & 5km at U-Turn

Route Marking: The route is marked with arrows and other markers to guide participants on the correct path during the half marathon.

Pre-Event Zumba and post-run cooldown session for runners

Route marshals will be there at all distances to guide the route.

Volunteers will be en route to guide runners and at Hydration points.

I know that running or volunteering for a road race is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my signature, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, am in good health, and am properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the rules of the race and agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic, and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or roller blades, animals, and personal music players are not allowed in the race and I will abide by all race rules. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
