Monday & Thursday - Functional Training Sample Video
This is an all level fitness class using functional moves for strength and cardiovascular conditioning. Exercises which can be performed with just bodyweight or with added load in form of dumbbells / weighted bag for resistance. We will be providing cues for optimal body alignment and movement options for different fitness levels.
Equipments : Mat / Weighted Bag or any weights ( water bottles work )

I like variations and challenges that's why designed this class to make
everyone move more and move well in this situation when we are locked down in our
own houses due to COVID-19.
