- T-shirt sizes chosen at registration cannot be changed.
- Registration cannot be transferred to another person.
- Participants confirm they are medically fit. Organizers are not responsible for medical issues during/after the run.

All registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
No refunds will be given for personal reasons, medical issues, or no-shows.
If the event is cancelled by FTC, your registration will be adjusted to:

Any other upcoming FTC marathon/event of your choice, as per your preference.

- Ticket prices for the Conscient Gurugram Half Marathon are dynamic and may vary based on factors such as ticket availability, promotional campaigns, time-bound offers, and other marketing scenarios.
- Discounts and offers (including early-bird or limited-period promotions) are announced at different stages and are valid only for the specific time window in which they are offered. Prices once paid are final and non-adjustable.
- Neither FTC Foundation nor Conscient will be responsible for any price difference, refund, or adjustment if a ticket is purchased at a higher price and a subsequent offer or discount is introduced later.
- Participants are requested to register with full understanding of this policy. No refund or partial refund requests will be entertained on the basis of price variation.
