We are back with the 7th Edition of Christmas Jingle Run -2026

Universal Runners Marathon is proud to organize 7th Edition Christmas Jingle Run -2026 with the theme “ Run To Celebrate Your Blessed Life" on Friday 25th December ( Christmas Day ) 2026 at Gurugram.

Our Purpose:

Let’s Do Something different before the year ends ....Let’s get together this Christmas to celebrate your Born Day with Universal Runners Marathon. We promise to make it a memorable Day for you !!! Because we are the best to make the event Best !!! Look at this space for more !!

Age Group - No Age Limit

TERMS & CONDITIONS – MARATHON / RUNNING EVENT

Registration :

1.Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable unless specifically stated by the organizer.

2.Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3.The organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration in case of incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information.

Age & Eligibility :

1.Participants must meet the minimum age criteria specified for their selected race category.

2.Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating in the event.

3.Minors must participate only with the consent of a parent/guardian, wherever applicable.

Bib & Race Kit :

1.Participants must collect their Bib and race kit within the specified Bib Expo timings.

2.The Bib must be worn visibly on the front of the participant’s T-shirt throughout the race.

3.Bibs are strictly non-transferable. Any participant found running with another person’s Bib may be disqualified.

Race Day

4.Participants must report to the venue and holding/assembly area as per the timings communicated by the organizer.

5.Participants must follow instructions given by race officials, volunteers, security personnel, and medical teams.

6.The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, cheating, route deviation, or violation of race rules.

Medical & Safety:

1.Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

2.Participants are advised to undergo appropriate medical consultation before participating, especially for long-distance categories.

3.Medical assistance will be available at designated points during the event.

In case of a medical emergency, participants authorize the event medical team to provide necessary first aid and emergency assistance.

Route & Timing :

1.Participants must follow the officially marked race route.

2.Cutting the route, using unauthorized transportation, or receiving unauthorized assistance may result in disqualification.

3.Race timings/results will be recorded through the timing system wherever applicable.

4.The organizer’s decision regarding disqualification and official results shall be final.

Cancellation / Postponement

5.The organizer reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to weather conditions, government restrictions, security concerns, natural disasters, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

In such circumstances, the organizer will communicate the revised arrangements/refund policy, if applicable.

Refund Policy:

1.Registration fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.Any refund, credit, or transfer option will be subject to the organizer’s specific announcement and policy for the event.

Prize Money & Awards

3.Participants eligible for prizes must comply with all verification and result-validation requirements.

4.Prize winners may be required to provide valid identification and other documents.

5.Awards may be withheld or cancelled in case of disqualification or violation of race rules.

Photography & Videography

6.By participating in the event, participants acknowledge that photographs, videos, and other recordings may be taken during the event.

7.The organizer may use such content for event promotion, marketing, social media, advertising, and future event communication.

Personal Belongings :

1.Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

2.The organizer will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless specifically covered under an official baggage facility.

Prohibited Activities :

1.Smoking, alcohol consumption, possession of illegal substances, abusive behavior, fighting, or any activity that may endanger other participants is strictly prohibited.

2.Participants must not obstruct, harass, or intentionally interfere with other runners.

Code of Conduct :

1.Participants must maintain sportsmanship, discipline, and respect toward fellow runners, volunteers, staff, authorities, and spectators.

2.Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may lead to immediate removal from the event without refund.

Organizer’s Rights ;

1.The organizer reserves the right to amend event details, race categories, routes, timings, venue arrangements, or other operational aspects when required.

2.The organizer’s decision on matters relating to race conduct, safety, eligibility, and disqualification shall be final.

Acceptance of Terms

3.By registering for the event, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

4.Registration and participation constitute acceptance of the rules, policies, and instructions issued by the organizer.
