#SAVIORTHON is a run that stands as a powerful tribute to honor our courageous WARRIORS who, amidst grave personal risks, devote themselves to safeguarding our nation and tirelessly catering to our needs at every juncture.

Objective:

Honoring : A marathon dedicated to expressing gratitude to the brave warriors who selflessly serve our nation, risking their lives to ensure our safety and meet our needs at every turn. These warriors include healthcare workers, municipal staff, proud members of the police force, army, navy, as well as individuals from both public and private institutions.

Social Cause : SAVIORTHON10K has forged an official partnership with an organization, acting as a Social Welfare Partner, to empower NGOs in harnessing fundraising opportunities for their causes.

Health & Fitness : This transformative run encourages all to join in promoting and raising awareness about health and fitness.

Registration start date : 13th April 2024

Registration close date : 30th July 2024

Venue : Bandra

Event date: 11th August 2024 5:00 AM onwards

Flag off time - Race will Begin: 10KM 5:45 AM, 5KM 6:15 AM, 2KM: 6:30 AM.

Reporting time: 10KM 5:00 AM, 5KM 5:30 AM, 2KM: 5:45 AM

2KM :Age12 to 70 INR 699 ( Untimed)

5KM: Age 12 to 70 INR 899 ( Untimed)

5KM: Age 12 to 70 INR 999 ( Timed)

10KM: Age 12 to 70 INR 1199 ( Timed)

Bib collocation day( Participant who will be participating in Live marathon)

-5th August 2024( Place will be informed in advance via mail or message or call).

-Incase someone wants it at their doorstep they need to pay RS 200 for courier charges and need to inform 10 days in advance.

The following prizes will be awarded: Winners will be selected as per age categories mentioned below but there should be a minimum 10 participants to be eligible for the winner at a particular age group.

2km: 5 lucky draw

Rules & Regulation:

(Participant who will be participating in Live marathon)

- We will consider the winner as per the timing. Podium Finishers will receive a token of appreciation as per above mentioned things & category.

- Do not carry expensive stuff like gold,money we will not responsible for loss .

- Participants need to present at the venue before 45 minutes of their race timing.

- All the participants will receive a timing chip bib except the 2 KM and 5 KM (Untimed ) participant( specific bib number) that they need to carry during the run by sticking on their T-shirt. --Without bibs runners will not be allowed in the run.

- In case you lose your bibs before the race, you need to be informed prior to one day and need to pay an extra amount to regenerate the bibs.

-Baggage Counter and Washroom Facility will be available.( request you to not carry any expensive and unwanted things that need to be deposit)

- Participants need to avoid participation in the event if he/she is sick or suffering from any serious disease, or any health issue on the day of the event or before as the organizer is not responsible for any health issue occurring during the run.

-Registration and purchase merchandise fees are non refundable.

-The name of the participant should be written in capital and correct as it will appear in the certificate as well as other merchandise. No change will be done after receiving your registration form.

-We also do not encourage anyone to harm their health by taking part in our event as our objective is to create awareness to be healthy and active. Therefore we ask our participants to run or ride as pre their strength.

-In case of any accident, the organizers do not take up any responsibility.

-You are to participate only in the race category for which you have applied and for which your entry has been confirmed.

-Your entry and running number bib is not transferable to any other person under any circumstance.

-Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or timing bib number with another individual, will be disqualified from the Event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the next edition of the Event.

-No wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified from the race; you will be asked to leave the course.

-Photographs taken of runners during the registration and on race day may be used for the purpose of promoting the event.

-In the remote case of the run being canceled / postponed due to reasons of State or Nature, beyond the control of the organizers, there will be a refund of the registration amount.

-Without shoes not allowed

- Participants can register themselves in the platform introduced by the organizer and keep proof of registration and payment incase organizer asks at any certain point of time.
