Dhak Bahiri Trek 

Trek Information:

Location Address: Jambhavli Village.

Itinary (Tentative Timings):

*DAY 1 *

11:00PM: We will meet directly at Shanivarwada.

11:00 PM Start journey towards Jambhavali Village.

Day 2

05:00 AM: Wake Up call.Have breakfast.

06:00 AM: Start trek towards Dhak Bahiri .

8:00 AM Reach at Dhak Bahiri. explore the Caves.

10:00 PM Start returning back to Base Village.

11:30 AM After lunch Start traveling back to pune.

2:00 PM Reach At Pune Or May be delayed.

(If you are traveling from the city other than Pune, then you are requested to book your return tickets considering 2 hours delay as per above time schedule.)

THINGS TO BE CARRIED❗

# Water bottle 2-3 Lt.

# Dry snacks you can carry if u feel hungry during travel. (almonds,dates,plum cakes,biscuits,etc.)

# Cameras, DSLR etc. can be carried on your own risk. 

# Extra footwear (optional) if u need to change. 

# Personal Medication if necessary.

# Sweater / Rain Coat

# Extra Pair of clothes

Instructions:

1) While walking from base village to valley we will make 3-4 small groups so that our volunteers can handle, count and track them easily.

2) No participant should leave his/her group.

3) If anyone leaves their group and faces any kind of problems then only himself/herself will be responsible.

4) Route can be muddy due to the rain and terrain can be rough so it is advised to follow instructions and to be in their groups.

5) We will have 3-4 checkpoints. We will take rest only on those points. It is an important part of the trek to complete our journey in time.

6) Please report on time at mentioned pick up point. In the case of any late reporting, we may have a delay to start the journey.

7) Consumption of Alcohol and Smoking is strictly prohibited. If anyone is caught by villagers or by our volunteers then we will take serious action on them.

8) It is a simple village. There are no close toilet facilities.

9) There will be a long gap between breakfast and lunch so you can carry dry snacks like plum cake, wafers, almonds etc. with you.

10) Carry sufficient amounts of water with you as per daily need.
